ADD. RadRichTextEditor - import <samp> element from HTML
<samp> HTML element could be imported as span with specific formatting. Currently it's just ommited.

It would be good if there was a setting to change how unrecognised tags are imported.  For instance, browsers render unknown tags as plain text, rather than ommitting them.
