ADD. RadChartView - implement LassoSelection controller
The new controller should allow lasso selection of data points without zooming the view port.

API reference is live at the moment. The service pack release will be made available on Wednesday.

The documentation already shows this as out:

But the SP doesn't seem to have been released yet.

The item will be made available with the R2 2018 SP1 release scheduler for the second half of this month.
