RadDropDownList: NullText support when DropDownStyle is DropDownList
NullText property should not be ignored when DropDownStyle property is DropDownList.  One shouldn't have to utilize the Text property or create a dummy object to simulate this behavior as discussed here:

Please add!!!  I struggle with this whenever I'm using data bound drop downs.

The status of this item is Unplanned which indicates that the feature is not planned in the next sprint. I have escalated this item to the developers and discuss if we can plan it for the upcoming release. Make sure that you cast your vote for the item in order to increase its priority.
