Hello, Kai,
This issue is complex and fixing it will require deep technical investigation to improve the control behavior on high dpi. This issue has already been escalated to our development team and its priority is increased. I can not give you an exact time frame for when it should be planned and fixed due to many factors such as the complexity of the issue, priority, new most wanted features, available resources, and other factors. 
I would recommend you subscribe to the feedback item so that you should receive an email notification when we start working on it and its status has changed. Stay tuned!

Hi Bruce,

We are also aware of the issue in the other DPI levels. A fix should handle them as well.
