FIX. FluentTheme - there is no visual indicator for a focused button.

Use attached project to reproduce. 

Workaround:
Use attached theme.

Hi Bruce,

We have fixed the issue, the FluentDark theme is also handled.

This issue also effects the Fluent Dark Theme as well
