FIX. RadDock - the EnableApplicationThemeName property is not inherited in the child windows.
This property should be inherited by all tool, document, floating and autohide windows.

Please do not forget an accordingly set property "ThemeName".

This should be used by all containing controls that are part of RadDock:
radDock1.ElementTree.EnableApplicationThemeName = false;
radDock1.ThemeName = "CustomTheme";
