ADD. RadDataFilter - add edit mode that activates the editors one after another.
After selecting the field, the operator editor should be activated, and then the value editor,
or the user should be able to do that with the tab key.

I need control on setting focus to the value editor programmatically once a field name is selected.  I have set the default operator based on the field selected, however, rather than entering a value right away, the user still needs to use the mouse to click on the value editor box  before any input.
