I have a RadDropDownList with several DescriptionTextListDataItem instances and as of 2017.3.912(.40) the Autocompletion list is placed incorrectly (seemingly randomly on top of the screen, sometimes somewhere in the middle.. but rarely/never (?) where it used to be & is expected: underneath the RadDropdownlist (see screenshot 'RadDropDown -Autocomplete List Incorrectly placed.png').

Moreover the regular Dropdown is also placed incorrectly (see screenshot 'RadDropDown - DropDown incorrectly placed.png') and overflows the actual monitors size (read: the dropdown and its scroll bar overflows (downwards) the visual space).. this happens only 'sometimes' / every other time when the drop down is opened.

Repro project is attached
- for the first problem just start by entering '1' in the dropdown lists text box
- for the second problem just open the drop down (by clicking its downwards-pointing arrow).. and as mentioned.. this may take one or two attempts.


In the original application this was noticed nothing had changed except upgrading from 2016.3 > 2017.3 version of the control(s).
