FIX. RadDock - the FloatingWindow cannot be resized by dragging it to the edge of the screen.

If you drag a regular form to the top of the screen it will be maximized. This should work with the floating window as well.

Hello Jason, 

We have investigated this, and the issue turns out to be quite complex because the floating window is not receiving the proper Windows message when it is about to be dragged to the top of the screen. At the moment I cannot confirm a date for a possible fix. You can subscribe to the item and be updated when its status changes.

I have also come across this problem and introduces a very odd user experience as it looks like a window, but does not behave like one.
