FIX. RadTreeView - RadOffice2007ScreenTipElement is cut off in certain cases although it has enough space to be entirely shown
Please refer to the attached gif file and sample project. The screen tip position is not the same each time. Hence, the issue may not be reproducible every time.

Workaround: use the TooltiptextNeeded event.

Hello,

This behavior was originally reported more than ten years ago, and we haven’t noticed significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. As a result, we currently plan to prioritize improvements that have a broader impact and are more widely requested.
