ADD. RadScheduler - allow all day appointments to be printed in a layout along the ruler different than the all day header
The resulting behavior should be similar to having all day appointments in the control with the view having its ShowAllDayArea property set to false. Currently when printed the all day appointments are drawn in the all day area.

This is a good feature in that if you set ShowAllDayArea to false the way the Scheduler looks in printed layout is much different. I think any effort to make these two views as similar as possible will make my users happy.
