ADD. RadRangeSelector - add a mode enabling live tracking of the associated chart control
currently the chart is updated on MouseUp

The UpdateMode property specifies whether the associated chart control will be updated immediately or will be updated with delay. The default value will be Immediate and enables a live tracking of the associated control. If you want to keep the old behavior, you can set the UpdateMode property to Deferred. This improvement will be included in our next release - R1 2017.
