FIX. RadTreeView - One cannot select and enable any nodes disabled at design time.

To reproduce:
- Open the Property builder, add some nodes and disable them.
- There is no way to enable them at design time. 

Workaround. 
Disable the nodes at runtime.

Download the Treeview from RadTreeview Properties and export as XML.

Edit XML and add Enabled="true" into the node string.

Once you apply it will be enabled again.
