ADD. RadGridView - add CopyingCellClipboardContent like in the WPF suite.
The event should be used to cancel copying for a single cell or override the value to be copied to the Clipboard.

We will include two new events that allow you to control the copying or the pasting operations in our next version (R1 2017) . You need to subscribe to the CopyingCellClipboardContent and the PastingCellClipboardContent events.
