FIX. RadTextBox - incorrect white space in Office 2013 theme when the control in disabled
To reproduce:

ThemeResolutionService.ApplicationThemeName = "Office2013Light";
this.radTextBox2.Enabled = false;
 
Workaround:             this.radTextBox2.BackColor = Color.LightGray;
