Hello, Uri,
I completely understand your concern. Although RadRichTextEditor may cover the basic RTL scenarios, it needs a lot of improvements in the proper rendering. That is why we have the already discussed public feedback items logged in our backlog. To be honest, these items require considerable efforts and need solid planning without affecting the current road map. Currently, they are not planned for the near future, but they are definitely in our TODO list and we will do our best to address them accordingly. However, I can't give you an exact time frame when they will be fixed. Please make sure that you follow this item and thus you will get notified when the item is updated.
Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused.

Sorry but this does not help and I will explain why:
My point is that without fixing this bug, you cannot claim you have bi-directional support.
When you type "Wr Wl Wr" you get "Wr WlWr" (where Wr and Wl are words from RTL/LTR language).
It's like a goal kipper stopping 98 kicks out of 100 but losing 0:2 or a new Cashmere sweater with a tiny red stain at the front.
Without having an indication to whether it will be fixed and when, we cannot take the decision whether to use your controls or not.
Thanks

Please note that this is a major flaw in bi-di support (for example no space between words of RTL language after an LTR word).
Non of my clients would have accepted an editor that has this bug.
I think you should really consider fixing it.
