ADD. RadGridView - there is a hard coded string (", ") in GridViewGroupRowInfo that one should be able to change.
Introduce a property to change symbol used to separate summaryItems in SummaryRowGroupHeaders.

The list separator will be taken from current culture: Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture.TextInfo.ListSeparator
