FIX. RadPivotGrid - when exporting to excel with PivotExportToExcelML column widths are not correct.

To reproduce:
Resize some of the columns in PivotGrid and then export it with PivotExporttoExcelML. All columns in exported file have the same width.
Workaround:
Use PivotGridSpreadExport.
