FIX. RadMenu - at design time if a RadMenu with images added to some items is copied and pasted on another form the TextImageRelation property of the items is set to Overlay 
Workaround: set the TextImageRelation property of the items to ImageBeforeText, you can also check the attached gif file

Hello,

This behavior was originally reported more than ten years ago, and we haven’t noticed significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. As a result, we currently plan to prioritize improvements that have a broader impact and are more widely requested.
