FIX. RadSpreadProcessing - setting empty string using SetValueAsText creates document which can not be imported using MS Excel

Using SetValueAsText method to set empty string and the exporting the document generates invalid XLSX, which can not be imported by MS Excel.

Workaround: Skipping empty strings while building the workbook gives a valid file.
