FIX. RadDock - the layout is not saved correctly when the windows are hidden before the layout is saved.

To reproduce:
- Add several tool windows to RadDock.
- Make a window floating and then dock it back.
- Hide all windows and then save the layout.
- Close the application.
- Start the application and load the saved layout.
- Show all windows again.
