radchartview does not like other objects on top of it - triggers continual fresh
when overlay a radlabel on a radchartview, chartview constantly refreshes
label backcolor set to transparent

tried to recreate this with a sample cs project but wouldn't reproduce!

video has two instances of the same user control on the form
notice that right hand instance does not update when radlabel is added

attached is video of it working fine, then add label ontop , then see it misbehaving  with fast refresh flicker!  not only that it also prevents other items in the user controls from updating and the other user control on the form from updating

have attached sample c# project (but cant reproduce)

Hi Ian,

to me it looks like some kind of update might be causing this - for example if you change the chart data at some interval. Can you please check if this is the case.

Either way, we cannot really do anything about this unless we have a reproducible scenario. So, once you get to such, feel free to share it with us. 

You can also submit a support ticket and discuss the case with our support staff. In fact, if you submit a case via our support ticketing system our support staff will try to provide you with workaround as well. In addition, if anything should be logged, they will do that and will supply the necessary information for the case after your discussion.
