FIX. RadMaskedEditBox - one cannot paste if the entire content is selected and the pasted text is longer than the needed text.

To reproduce:
- Set the mask like this:
 radMaskedEditBox1.MaskType = Telerik.WinControls.UI.MaskType.Standard;
 radMaskedEditBox1.Mask = "000-000-0000";

- Select the entire content and paste the following: 66677711111
