FIX. RadPdfViewer - some (secured) encrypted PDF files are not decrypted correctly 
Handled InvalidDataException occurs while Zip Library tries to decompress wrongly decrypted stream.

When I try to open a secured pdf only to view, appears the message "Error loading document: The encryption method with code 4 is not supported."
