FIX. RadRibbonBar - RadSplitButtonElement does not close its popup when loosing focus
Please refer to the attached gif file.

Workaround: close manually the popup by calling the this.radSplitButtonElement1.DropDownMenu.ClosePopup(Telerik.WinControls.UI.RadPopupCloseReason.Mouse) method.

Hi Danilo,

On the right side, you can see that this case status is Completed. The Scheduler For field will tell you when this fix was introduced, which in this case is Q3 2015 SP1. Feel free to upgrade to this or a newer version in order to take advantage of the fix.
