FIX. RadGridView - when one types &1 and then exits the edit mode pressing 1 again in any other cell will not put the grid in edit mode.
To reproduce:
- Type &1 in a grid cell and then press enter to exit edit mode.
- Press tab for example to move to the next cell.
- Press 1 again you will notice that the digit does not appear in the cell.
