FIX. RadPivotGrid - an exception it thrown when the BestFitRowHeaders() is called without arguments

To reproduce: 

1. Drag and drop RadPivotGrid.
2. On FormLoad call BestFitRowHeaders() method 
3. When run the project, an exception is thrown
