ADD. RadGanttView - AutoSizeColumnsMode property for the GanttViewTextViewElement 
Columns can automatically fill the entire width of the GanttViewTextViewElement . Just set the AutoSizeColumnsMode property  to Fill.

Indeed, the AutoSizeColumnsMode feature would be a nice addition to RadGanttView. Please subscribe to the item so that you can be updated when its status changes.
