In Q2 2015 (version 2015.2.623) we introduced the GridViewPdfExport which allows customization of header and footer. More information can be found on the following article: GridView >> Exporting Data >> Export to PDF >> section Exporting Data using GridViewPdfExport object. Here is the link: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/gridview-exporting-data-export-to-pdf.html
