FIX. RadScheduler - when the appointment resizing functionality is disabled the resizing squares are still visible.
To reproduce:
- Add RadScheduler to a blank form.
- Set its AllowAppointmentResize property to false.
- You will notice that the resize squares are not removed from the selected appointment.
