FIX. RadRibbonForm - Setting WindowState property to Maximized leads to inability to resize the form afterwards at desing time
Workaround: set the property at run time

I have received this suggestion from Desislava - Telerik "the possible workaround that I can suggest is to set the WindowState property at run time". It has worked very well!. Thanks
