FIX. RadPropertyGrid - the editor for BackgroundImageLayout and ImageLayout properties of LightVisualElements do not work
To reproduce:
Open VisualStyleBuilder and navigate to RadGanttView -> RadGanttViewElement and try to edit the Value of the BackgroundImageLayout and ImageLayout properties.


Workaround:
Edit the value manually, as a string
