Developing a new control is a complex task and the "Scheduled for" field will be updated once the item is fully tested by a QA. We do not want to commit for a specific date until we are absolutely sure that the item will be released.

What is the scheduled for column here indicate ?

Indeed the control is planned for the R2 2018 release. It is scheduled for the middle of May.

I believe I saw that this feature was scheduled for release in 2018, is that accurate?

Having a image editing control would be nice, and WPF's seems really nice, feature rich and supports everything I need in the demo example you app provide.
I can't express how useful this feature would be, and provide value to the control set.
And I figure who better to port this over properly to a elementHost than the company that created it.
Thanks for your time.

Hey Bruce, we don't have such an example.
We will appreciate it if you share your scenario/needs with us.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. We will have it in mind when we get to the control.

Need not to be powerful editing tools. Perhaps with cropping, resize, and able to insert text or shape for use to create scribble.

Thank you for your comment, Chee Hang Lim.
If you wish, please share what kind of functionality do you expect out of this control, so we can consider it when we get to it.

For the time being one can use the WPF component with ElementHost: http://www.telerik.com/help/wpf/radimageeditor-overview.html
