FIX. Themes - VisualStudio2012 themes are shown in the ThemeName drop down in design time after opening a dialog (property builder) in design time

To reproduce:
- Create a form
- Add grid
- Open Property Builder
- Check the ThemeName property drop down -> the theme name is available
