FIX. RadTreeView - CreateNode event is not fired when adding a node from the New menu item in the context menu
FIX. RadTreeView - CreateNode event is not fired when adding a node from the New menu item in the context menu

Workaround: Use the NodeAdding/NodeAdded events.
