FIX. RadRibbonBar - items added in design time disappear
To reproduce
1. Add a form with ribbon
2. Add one tab
3. Go to Code View
4. Go back to design time and add a group and a button in the group
5. Close design time and reopen it => the items are missing

Just to extend - on my form I had (parallel to Ribon) SplitPanel.
After adding new groups and/or group elements everything in SplitPanel was gone.

This is really critical as if somebody invest weeks in development everything can be gone in a second and yo
