FIX. RadColorDialog - setting the selected color is incorrect when reusing created form

To reproduce:
1. Drag RadColorDialog to a form
2. Set the SelectedColor and Show the form
3. Close the form, set another SelectedColor and Show the form again.
4. The result is that the circle position is wrong and the values in the editors are wrong.
