IMPROVE. User experience when nodes are reordering in RadTreeView.
Improve the drag and drop indicators by giving more clean user friendly design and positioning.

At this moment the DragDrop indicator line isnt really showing where de node will be dropped. 

This also depends on where the DragDrop cursor is positioned in relation to the indicator line which is very confusing.

Due to this the indicator line is imho
