FIX. RadLabel - word-wrap text painting issues hosted in autoscroll RadPanel or other container control.
If I add a RadLabel to a RadPanel, and set the panel AutoScroll to true, scrolling the panel will cause lines to appear.  The words get clipped.

Hello,

The reported behavior cannot be reproduced with the latest Q3 2026 (2026.812.48) version of the Telerik UI for WinForms.

This is why I will close this item and set its status to "Declined" on our feedback portal. Please upgrade to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements in the Telerik UI for WinForms components.
