Custom filtering for Enum types, TypeConverter support for business object bind to RadGridView

It's really important for our program, we display lots of data on a grid view and the users needs to select a specific row from up to few thousnds rows, while he can only search filter the primitive types
any chance it will get into 2010 Q3?
