ADD. New Control - Windows 8 style app bar control
Add a control that appears from the form edge with animation and covers other controls.

Actually the desired effect is to have the same behaviour as the AppBar in Windows 8 which means the control would be more like a Notification window which appears over the forms on the desktop and provides top and bottom menu buttons that are added to the
