ADD. RadGridView - allow persisting/loading conditional formatting objects
Presently it is not possible to persist customer created formatting objects in RadGridView.

Since Q2 2010 SP1(version 2010.2.10.806) you can use save/load layout feature to store the conditional formatting rules which are added from users.
