ADD. New Control - layout manager control
This control will manage  the size and presentation of its child controls depending on the resolution of the screen and the width/height of the used monitor at the end user.

Hi James,

We are currently evaluating the possibility to add this control in Q2 2015, so stay tuned.

Meanwhile, if you share the scenarios that you will be using it and also the features you would like to see, we will really appreciate it.

I'm surprised that this feature is missing. 
Telerik is a very competitive product against DevExpress yet DevExpress has had a layout manager for several years.

Hey, when you begin to create this feature, please make sure, that existing forms / usercontrols can be converted into such "Layout Control".
