ADD. RadRichTextEditor - add the possibility to control the exported HTML 
Currently it is not possible to control the HTML exported from RadRichTextBox and strip styles or embed them.

This is a highly desirable feature.

I would like to add that it would be especially useful to have the control work with (html) snippets, rather than whole documents. And that the control will only add html based by what the user edits, and does not change the rest of the snippet \ styles.
