FIX. context menu hover effect is not working for sub menus in RadScheduler.
1. Open the Timeline example for RadScheduler in our QSF.
2. Click the right mouse button.
3. Hover the last menu item without clicking it.
4. A submenu appears, try to hover one of its items.
