FIX. RadDropDownList cannot be sized to more than 200 pixels in width when using Windows 8 theme.

1. Create a new project and add RadDropDownList.
2. Change the application theme to be Windows 8.
3. Dock the drop down list to bottom of your form.
4. Run the project and maximize the form.
