FIX. TPF - animations crash when animating a large number of items.
1. Create a new project with RadChartView.
2. Add a Cartesian chart with a large number of points (10000 for example).
3. Set animations for every point.
4. Run the project - it will crash.

Hello,

This behavior was first reported more than 10 years ago, and we haven’t seen significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. As a result, we currently plan to prioritize improvements with broader impact and greater demand.
