FIX. RadRichTextBox does not preserve text highlighting when pasting text from another RadRichTextBox.

1. Create a project with two RadRichTextBox controls.
2. Paste formatted text with some highlighted (yellow background) lines.
3. Select the text from the first RadRichTextBox and paste it to the second.
4. The highlight will not be preserved.

Resolution: 
This issue is addressed in the new version of the control - RadRichTextEditor. Please use the new control instead the RadRichTextBox.
