FIX Load RadGridView layout with defined GroupDescriptors when EnableGrouping of the control is 'false'

The correct behavior in this case is to load the GroupDescriptors from the file but do not process any grouping operations.

G'Day,

Has there been anymore progress with this issue? It still appears to be a problem in 2011 Q3 SP1 event though the status is resolved.
