FIX. The settings from the dialog opened by the Print button on the RadPrintPreviewDialog are not taken into consideration.

I found that calling <GridView>.PrintPreview(), then clicking the "Print Setting" button on the previewer, then clicking "Print" within that print settings window will result in the ability to select the printer to print to, and set the number of copies. H
